Who operates the guide
Salem–Keizer Concrete Guide is operated by HanSan Investments LLC. It is an independent project guide, not a construction contractor. Contractor matching is not active.
The project request planner
The planner runs in your browser. Entering details or preparing a request does not send them to us. This version does not use a form-submission service or save the planner entries to a database or browser storage.
If you choose “Open email draft,” the site passes the request text to your selected email app using an email link. Nothing is sent until you send the email. Your email provider’s terms and handling apply. If you send a request to the guide operator, it is received and retained in that email account for handling the inquiry.
Do not include payment information, identity documents, or other sensitive information in a project description. Share only the information needed to explain the project.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits to this guide, including pages viewed, referral sources, device and browser information, and engagement. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish browsers and measure visits. We have disabled Google signals and advertising personalization for this tag.
The analytics tag omits URL query strings and fragments, and sends only the referring website’s origin. Automatic form-interaction, outbound-link, and site-search tracking are disabled. We do not send planner entries, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or email-draft contents to Analytics. Preparing or opening an email draft is not recorded as a delivered inquiry.

Hosting and external links
The hosting platform may process standard connection and access information to deliver and protect the site. Links to official city and industry resources open those sites, whose privacy policies apply.
Project imagery
Every project photo on this site is AI-generated design inspiration. These images do not show completed local projects, actual customers, a contractor’s crew, or a verified portfolio. Appearance in an image does not establish a technically suitable design for your property.
Planning information
Content is general project-planning information. A licensed construction contractor and the relevant jurisdiction should evaluate the address, loads, site conditions, final specification, approvals, and scope.
